I didn’t become a breakup and divorce coach by accident. I chose this path because I understand, on a very real level, what it feels like to go through the end of a relationship — and everything that comes with it: the confusion, the pain, the self-doubt, and that overwhelming question of “what now?”

At the time, I remember wishing I had someone in my corner. Someone who wasn’t emotionally involved. Someone who could guide me, support me, and help me see clearly when everything felt completely overwhelming.

That experience stayed with me. And it ultimately became the reason I do what I do today.

Turning Pain Into Purpose

Going through a breakup or divorce can feel like your world has been turned upside down. It can shake your identity, your confidence, and your sense of direction.

But I truly believe it can also become a turning point — a moment where you begin to rebuild, rediscover who you are, and create something stronger from what you’ve been through. Becoming a coach allowed me to take my own experiences and turn them into something meaningful something that helps others feel less alone and more empowered during one of the hardest periods of their lives.

This work is about giving back. It’s about being the support I once needed, and helping others find their strength when they feel at their lowest.ou with emotional tools while giving you practical strategies to manage conflict, reduce stress, and maintain your family’s wellbeing.

It’s designed for anyone going through the end of a relationship—whether you feel anxious, frustrated, or simply overwhelmed. Many clients describe the experience as a breath of fresh air, a moment where they finally feel grounded again.

Why Supporting Others Matters So Much

Every person I work with has their own story, their own struggles, and their own fears about the future.

What I’ve seen time and time again is this: people are far more resilient than they realise.
Sometimes they just need the right support, the right space, and the right guidance to see it for themselves.
Being part of that journey — watching someone go from feeling stuck, lost, or broken to feeling confident, clear, and in control again — is incredibly powerful. It’s the reason I do this work.

My Journey Didn't Stop At Coaching

I also became an MK Domestic Abuse Champion because I wanted to deepen my understanding and be able to support individuals who may be experiencing, or have experienced, unhealthy or abusive relationships.

Domestic abuse isn’t always obvious. It isn’t always physical. It can be emotional, psychological, or financial — and often leaves people questioning their own reality and feeling trapped, isolated, or unsure where to turn.

My Role Allows Me To:

Recognise the signs
Offer safe, informed support
Guide individuals towards the help they deserve

As a Domestic Abuse Champion, I support people in a more informed and responsible way, ensuring that anyone who needs additional help is signposted correctly and feels heard, believed and supported, I can help them, regonise the sign of abuse, offer safe, informed support.

Creating A Safe & Supportive Space

Everything I do — whether through coaching or my role as a Domestic Abuse Champion — is centred around creating a safe space.

A Space Where You Can

Speak openly without judgment
Be heard and understood
Rebuild your confidence
Start to move forward at your own pace
Because healing doesn’t follow a straight line — and it doesn’t happen overnight. But with the right support, it does happen.

This work is about more than helping you “get over” a breakup or divorce.
Reconnect with who you are
