Taking that first step can feel overwhelming—I completely understand. That’s why I offer a free, no-pressure 30-minute discovery call. It’s simply a warm, honest chat about where you are right now and what support might help most. 
 
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just tell me a little about your current situation, and together we’ll identify where you need the most help. This is our chance to see if we connect—because trust and comfort are at the heart of successful coaching. 
 

Moving Forward 

 
If you feel ready to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session (90 minutes), held online via Zoom at a time that suits you. 
 
This session is your safe space to share your story, unpack what’s been weighing you down, and begin gently shifting the thoughts and emotions keeping you stuck. You’ll leave with a clear and manageable Action Plan to work on before our next session. 
 
Future sessions are 60 minutes long, and I’ll support you every step of the way as you take back control of your emotions and your life. When you feel ready to continue on your own, you’ll have the tools to do so—and I’ll still be here if you ever need me again.
